About

Kelsey received her BS in Environmental Biology from Pacific University in 2014 and worked briefly in federal marine reserves on the Oregon coast after graduating. After moving to Bend in 2020 she has become a mother and worked full time as a nanny in the area. She sees joining Baxter Law as a continuation of working with families and helping the community.

In her spare time Kelsey enjoys belly laughs with her daughter, hiking, gardening, volunteering at local animal rescues, and struggles to read her daily ten pages.
