Charles Hall brings more than a decade of litigation experience to the Baxter Law team and is taking on personal injury and family law clients. Charles prides himself on client communication and his dedication and work-ethic in advancing his client’s cases. In addition to representing clients in Oregon, Charles has practiced in Colorado, California and United States District Court. With his extensive trial and negotiation experience Charles has represented a diverse array of clients from all walks of life: mothers, fathers, husbands, wives, unmarried parents, Fortune 500 companies, small businesses, construction professionals and developers, insurance professionals, and national insurance carriers and their insureds.
In his work representing clients with serious injuries, Charles helps them on their path to recovery and works to get them fair compensation for their injuries. Charles has litigated serious injury matters involving automobile accidents, workplace injuries, wrongful death, severe spinal injuries, joint and soft tissue injuries, and traumatic brain injuries. He spent more than decade representing insurance companies and their insureds prior to joining the Baxter Law team, and he knows how insurance companies think. He now brings that extensive experience to bear on cases for his clients and works to maximize their recoveries.
In his family law practice, Charles brings a client-centered approach to help his clients and their families maintain stability, protect their assets, and navigate the legal process during a challenging chapter in their lives. Charles has a passion for helping children and families and understands that divorce and custody matters involve the most important matters in his client’s lives.
Charles enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters. In addition to his legal experience, Charles owned and operated a small business in Bend, Oregon, and wrote a novel. He enjoys fitness, music and outdoor activities in Central Oregon
